About the project

A project to make gender equality more accessible.

Talking about gender equality is a complex and often elusive process. It is a topic that touches our daily lives, but at times, it feels difficult to grasp. Expectations, prejudices, and inequalities are deeply embedded in our lives, in the ways we relate to one another, in the choices we make, and in the opportunities offered to us.

This project was born out of the need to make the discussion on gender equality more accessible, concrete, and useful for anyone who wants to better understand the topic. It is not just a theoretical initiative, but a space where practical and easy-to-use resources can be found, designed for those working with young people, or for those who are young and want to get informed, delve deeper, and share.

We aimed to create a tool that allows for the exploration of these topics in a direct and understandable way, without complications. Instead of starting with abstract concepts, we focused on concrete activities, applicable ideas, and reflections that can truly make a difference. Every piece of content we offer is meant to be a step toward real change: creating spaces for discussion, promoting a more inclusive culture, and contributing to a more respectful environment for all.

You don't need to be an expert to take part in this process. You don't need to have all the answers, just the willingness to get involved and learn. Changing things may seem like a difficult task, but often, taking the first step, starting a conversation, is all it takes to spark real change.

This website is for you if:

You've found yourself unsure of how to approach certain discussions;

You'd like to explain what a stereotype is, but don't know where to begin;

You wish that in your group, classroom, or space, conversations about identity, respect, and relationships could happen without taboos.

The No Gender Gap project was born thanks to the collaboration between three European entities, three organizations with different backgrounds but a shared vision: to build concrete tools to address the gender gap, promoting the active participation of young people and cultural change.

Teamwork is at the heart of the project: each partner contributes specific skills, field experience, and complementary approaches. This ongoing dialogue between different cultures and practices makes the project richer, more inclusive, and able to adapt to different contexts.
